Train the Trainer Part 2 - Create your Course on Embodia

This feature is available to all Clinic Academy and Private Academy platform admins. If you are an Embodia Academy instructor and would like to use the grid layout in your course please email us at support@embodiaapp.com.

The grid layout feature allows you to display images on your Course materials page rather than text.

To use the grid layout in your course, follow the steps outlined below.

For those using a Clinic Academy and/or Private Academy, you will need to enable the grid layout on your course by going to the course page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Edit settings. Go to Settings and check the box next to Use grid layout:

Go to Course materials. You will now see all of the course categories in your course as thumbnail images. 

Click on a course category and then Edit.

Select a thumbnail image from your device and click Update.

Your Course category thumbnail image is now updated!

 

To update the thumbnail images within each course category, click on the Course category and then click on the Course material that you would like to update. In the example below we will update 'Lesson 2', which is a Lesson type of course material:

Click on Edit meta data:

Select a Thumbnail image and click Submit.

For other types of course materials, such as Embedable PDFs and Quizzes, you will simply click on the Edit button and then update the thumbnail image. For example, here's what updating a thumbnail image for a Quiz looks like
