You can choose to enable a course forum for Q&A. You will need to monitor the content and can be notified when things are added to the forum.

To enable a forum, go to the course page and click on Edit settings at the bottom:

Click on Settings and check the box Enable course forum.

Once enabled, you and your course participants can go to the Forum

Both participants and the instructor can choose to follow all discussions in the forum by clicking the Follow button from the forum page:

This will bring up a pop-up box that asks for your preferred follow frequency:

Both participants and the instructor can also choose to start new discussions, contribute to existing discussions, and choose to follow individual discussions. Here's what it looks like when you create a new discussion:
