        Embodia offers several email notification settings. You can change these notifications at any time. Notifications are sent via email.
Notification options:
- Send me notifications of new messages from my patients
- Notify me of patients' programs expiring in 2 days
- Send me a notification if my patients add new notes to their programs
- Send me a notification if my patients add entries to their progress diary
- Send me weekly summary of the progress of my active courses
To update your notification settings, click on the Settings tab in the top nav bar, and then on My settings under the My account section.
Scroll down to Notifications and check the box next to any notification you would like to receive (notifications are sent via email):
